Using the Samantha app?
The support page answers the common questions directly: PINs that will not work, how billing per started minute works, refunds, and what happens to your data. It is faster than waiting on a reply.
Specific requests:
- Report a bad or inappropriate interpretation. Flag the call in the app, or email us with the date and time. We read every report.
- Delete your account or your data. Use the account deletion page. No login required.
- Privacy requests – a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion. Email us from the address on your account and we will verify it before acting.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Google Play, so refunds go through Google rather than us. The support page explains where to find the form.
Please never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
