How it works

Buy minutes

Prepaid packs in the app. No subscription, and minutes do not expire while your account is open.

Pick your languages

Choose the pair you want to interpret between, then tap to get a six-digit PIN.

Dial and talk

Call the number from your normal dialer, enter the PIN, and start the conversation.

Why a phone call

Interpretation apps ask both people to crowd around one screen. Samantha does not. It runs over the regular phone network, so it works on a weak data signal, needs nothing kept open on screen, and behaves like any other call. Put it on speaker and have a normal conversation.

What we do with your conversation

We never store call audio. Audio is interpreted as it passes through and is then discarded.
Transcripts are off by default. You decide, per call, whether to keep a written record. If you do, it is deleted automatically after 90 days.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking. We do not sell your data and we run no advertising.
Delete everything whenever you want, from inside the app or from this page.

Samantha cannot call 911 or any emergency service. In an emergency, hang up and dial your emergency number directly.

Samantha is AI, and AI makes mistakes. It can mishear, mistranslate, or miss nuance. Do not use it in place of a qualified human interpreter for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical conversations, where an error could cause harm and where a certified interpreter is often required by law.
